You will be eligible for support for this programme
if you meet all criteria below.
Are you eligible?
To qualify, you must meet a combination of these criteria
- You are a homeowner and/or a private landlord

Your property
-
does not have a gas central heating boiler
-
does have an electric credit meter or smart meter
-
AND you can say yes to ONE of the following statements:

I have OR a member of my household has a health condition verified by the NHS, made worse by living in a cold home.

I live with a child in school years 3 to 7 who receives free school meals
-
I am OR a member of my household is over 70
You may also qualify if you can say yes to ONE of the following statements:

I live in a household verified through the ECO Flexible eligibility route (LA Flex)

I am a member of the Eco Help to Heat Group (with qualifying benefits)
-
I believe I am in, or at risk of being in, fuel poverty (BUS eligibility)
If you have an NHS referral confirming someone in your household has a severe and/or long-term health condition that could be severely impacted by living in a cold home, this should include:

A cardiovascular condition or
-
A respiratory disease or
-
Limited mobility or
-
Immunosuppression.
